Fried Chapatti Mouth Watering Paneer
250 gm of paneer cut in cubes
1/2 tsp of zeera powder
1/2 tsp of dhaniya powder
3 tsp of deghi mirch red chilli powder
2 Tbsp of lime juice
1 tsp of black pepper
Salt to taste
250 gm of Maida
250 gm of bread crumbs
Fresh coriander for garnishing
Take a bowl put paneer in it and add all the marinating ingredients. Mix it well, cover it and keep it in the fridge for at least two hours.
On a plate, mix the bread crumbs, chilli powder and salt together all together.
Take flour and Spread the flour out on another plate. Then lightly beat the eggs in a bowl.
Now dip the paneer in the eggs, and then lightly coat them in the flour and after that in the bread crumbs.
Put the oil in the frying pan and Heat the oil and fry the paneer till it gets light golden brown colour. Now Remove and garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve.
Delicious Dahi Kebab
1/2 kg of yoghurt
2 chopped onions
4 chopped green chillies
1/2 tsp of salt
75 gm of cheese
2 Tbsp of coriander seeds and black pepper powder
1 Tbsp of chopped ginger
1 1/2 Tbsp of red chilli flakes
1/2 cup of roasted besan
100 gm of paneer
2 Tbsp of corn flour
Place a muslin cloth over a bowl and pour the yoghurt into it. Pick up the cloth from the corner edges and tie a knot. Hang the cloth till it turns into a cheesy mixture.
For the Filling:
Take cheese and Grate the cheese. Dry the roast coriander seeds & black pepper; Grind them together to make a powder of it.
Then Mix grated cheese, a little coriander pepper powder, green chillies, onions, ginger and salt all together.
Take the yoghurt cloth that u had hanged earlier in a bowl and add red chilli flakes and the rest of the coriander pepper powder in it.
Bind it with besan, paneer and corn flour.
Put in the filling and give it a shape into kebabs.
Now Deep fry it in the oil and serve hot to your guests .
