Roasted Pumpkin Hummus

Ingredients

250 Gms of roasted yellow pumpkin

4 Tbsp of tahini paste

1/2 tsp of cumin powder

2 & 1/2 tsp of minced garlic

1&1/2 tsp of lemon juice

3 tsp of olive oil

Salt according to your taste

Method

Properly Peel and roughly cut the pumpkin, mix garlic cloves, olive oil and roast it in a pre-heated oven till it gets the golden & cooked look.

Place the roasted pumpkin, garlic, and lemon juice in the bowl of your blender.

Then add the olive oil and spices in to it & puree it till smooth.

Adjust seasoning on it keep it to cool down and pack 200 grams in regular dip container, sealed with transparent plastic sheet .

Basil Chutney

Ingredients

50 gm of basil leaves

100 gm of coriander leaves

200 gm of well chopped onion

250 gm of peeled, cored and chopped apples

One or 2 green chilli

1 tsp of salt

50 gm of peeled and chopped ginger

2 tsp of pomegranate molasses or tamarind paste.

Method

Add all ingredients in a blender and puree.

Refrigerate it to cool it down and serve with snacks .

 

Labneh Dip

Ingredients

2 cups of yogurt

2 tbsp of chopped parsley

2 Tbsp of chopped mint

1 Tbsp of lemon juice

2 Tbsp of extra virgin olive oil

Salt

Pepper

1/2 tsp of cumin powder

 

Method

 

  1. Take a salad bowl put yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, mint, parsley, salt, pepper and cumin powder all together.
  2. Mix well all the ingredients together to make the labneh.

Dip pitta bread in it and eat it with your loved ones.
